According to this thread, the stock 103 (2012 model) was delivering about 66 hp and 86 ft/lbs. I don't know if the 2015 delivered the same numbers or not. I saw a youtube video that showed a 2016 103 making 74 hp and 89 ft/lbs.

I believe nothing was changed from thoes years but in 2016 is when their were changes made

68HP was stock on my 2015 Heritage.

First mod stage 2 took me up past 80HP - 255 cams
Second mod Stage IV took me to 96HP - 259e cams
Added to the Stage IV the 110 Big Bore kit plus tuner and now 118HP - 999-6a cams

Still running her in, expect over 120HP after 500 miles running, but the weather not great to ride right now
