Default My new Dyno numbers

Not what I expected, but probably just as good. I started off with 72 hp and 79 tq. The dyno sheet shows max hp at 5500 and still climbing ( rev limiter ) and max tq at 3750 rpm. This was with the old setup.

The new numbers, with the Bob Woods 6G, 510 lift cams are 75 hp, and 88 tq. Hp peaks at about 5000 rpms, and tq peaks at 4000 rpm.

Not bad....I can feel a HUGE difference in the seat of my pants.

The REAL change.....at 3000 rpm, where I find that I do most of my riding, old Numbers are 42 hp, and 70 tq........now......at 3000 rpm....48 hp and 78 tq.

The cams not only gave me a nice boost, but they also made the power happen more where you use it.

Like I said, I did not get exactly what I expected, but all in all, I am very pleased......

The cams were reasonable. About what you would pay for a really nice set of true duals ( I knew you could relate to that ) Oh yes, I plan on going 95". Just not during riding season. I will probably wait until the winter and jump on one of those kit specials at the HD shop. I think, if I remember right, they advertised just the pistons/cylinders/labor for about 9 bills.
