I think everyone is using the 2" Rush, a few with the 1.75" but I havent seen anyone post about the 1.5" yet. I was curious what they sounded like too.

So . . . if I were only interested in a little more sound and do nothing to increase incoming air flow . . . is it safe to "assume" thatI could simply bolt the screamin eagle slip ons (80501-07)to my bike and ride? With no concerns about having a re map or some other sort of rich/lean"system" change? I have an 07 Deluxe by the way.

Thanks in advance for the help . . .

if you put the SE on, that are for the o7 deluxe then you dont have to do anything ,but remmember they arent like the old ones, they are louder then the stock pipes ,I have them on my 07 deluxe also.

I have an 07 heritage and just took the ses off 2 weeks ago and replaced with vh true duals. I can say my bike was not remapped with the se but the mufflers had a quite a bit of black soot in them. The bike was running lean. it also had a some surge which was a little annoying . A remap may have helped but dealers say you don't need to.as for sound they were quiet till you opened the throttle but not what i wanted. It was embarrassing when a 650 yamaha is louder than a harley . Thus the vh true duals.
