I have purchased chrome blems to powdercoat. Could not find a blem anywhere. But honestly, I wasn't scrutinizing them because I was going to powdercoat them.
I bought the Carlini Flying Apes (1.25" 16") for my Deluxe and inspected them thoroughly and couldn't find anything wrong with them. Also, you can't beat the discount. I accepted whatever they mailed me, but my brother went to their shop and picked out his blems.
