Default Removing rust

I have a few small rust spots on the wheels and underside of the pipes. Any good suggestions to remove the rust? Thanks!

Nothing like Muriatic Acid (concentrated Hydrochloric Acid) for removing rust. But HCl is nasty stuff. Try Sufamic Acid (concrete etcher, you can get it at Home Depot) and a little steel/bronze wool/elbow grease.
