My inseam is 32. Think the extended is the way to go for me?
Yes...

It's easy to adjustthe extended modelin closer to the rider, but I think the shorter model might be too short for a 32" inseam.

I'm 6'2" (was 6'3") I guess old age compresses ya. I bought the MK IV's from Eastern Performance also, good quick service, good price. I have a 32in inseam, got the extended arms, I like the fit. I too rest my heel on the board and toe on the cruise peg. Man, I gotta change my picture, I've added so much stuff, no one can see it. Duh......

I have my cruise arms positioned so my heels can rest on the upper portion of the floorboards, while the sole of my boots lays naturally on the forward pegs.

Very comfortable.

This is how I do it. I have crash bars with pegs. So my heal is on the forward part of the floorboard and the foot rests on the pegs. ....Real comfortable.

Doesn't matter whether you have crash bars or the cruise arms, so long as the pegs are there.

Pegs on my engine guards work fine. I just put them at a height that is comfortable for me.
