2018 suspension adjustment knob problem

2018 suspension adjustment **** problem
I got a 2018 Breakout. Rear suspension adjustment **** adjusts from 1 to 3 no problem but won't go any farther. Anyone else have this problem? Waiting for my 500-mile service to have it checked out. But if it was an easy fix I was going to do it myself.
I am a relative lightweight, so when riding solo I typically have it set between 0 and 1, and if I ride 2-up, I set it around 2.
I think I remember setting it a little past 3 when playing around with it once with no problem.
I'm having a different issue with mine though. After the last time I rode 2-up, I was resetting it below 1 and it became loose. Not falling-off loose, but loose like there was no resistance like there should be. So I just set it a little above 1 for now.
Like you, since it's of no urgency, I'll wait till my next service to have it checked out. But my next is the 5,000 mile service and I'm currently only at 3,800.
I'll update if there's any pertinent info I get from the techs.

I just bought my new 2018 Fatboy and it has the exact same issue, Won't go past setting 3 without stripping skin from my hands..
Is there a fix/update to this?

It gets progressively stiffer from setting 2 onwards, and by the time you wind it to 3 - it's going no further.
