So, I've purchased my 18' FXFB. Installed exhaust, risers, and bars. Now, when I went to attached Harleys recommended extended brake line cable to reach added rise, I came to a problem. In the picture, you'll see the master cylinder line to caliper line. Notice they are all fused together so you can extend lines without replacing all of the (stupid design). I've Spoken with Michigan dealers (where I live) and California Dealers, all of them say Harley has no replacements or add on's for the NON-ABS bikes. Doe's anyone know how I can extend these lines! So frustrating.
Magnum probably has a "build your own" brake line(s) that will work. It's also possible you could just replace the master cylinder line to the T by cutting the line, drilling and tapping the hole (in the T block) for a standard fitting. That design is what's best for Harley; it's cheaper to make; won't leak and you get to buy the SE bend me over complete replacement kit. Makes perfect sense.

Thanks for the reply. Id like to try and drill/tap it but its to thin to fit a threaded fitting into it. Magnum doesnt sell a kit other than a build your own(as you have mention). Im still looking into options.
how did you end up doing it?
I have the non-abs model and I cant seem to find a solution anywhere.
Bumpin' this... not seeing a lot of options and I'm knee deep in it. Going to hit up the local dealer on Monday and see if they have any insight... I'm guessing you could buy a lower line replacement kit, just not sure if something like this would work.
Just drill and tap, done it many times now, this is one of my first setups.
This one I did with an extension and you turn the banjo bolt in the extention and use whatever line you want/need. The next "generation" I made are the banjo
bolt direct ikt oem piece and then I use a 90° mounting point on the brake line.
