Need your thoughts on drilling a medium size hole in the center? I'm want more sound without having to buy new mufflers
Inside stock fat bob muffler
I did that on mine when I first got it. If you look down a set of Street Cannons, you'll see they are the stock mufflers without the plug. The Street Cannon end caps even screw right on. You'll hear some difference in sound volume, but it won't be close to what you'd get with the S&S mufflers. Problem is the pipe through the stock and street cannons is (if I remember correctly) 1-1/2" diameter. The pipe in the S&S is 2". All in all, though, if you want the same sound as Street Cannons without spending the cash, drill away! It's a cheap way to improve things. Pics looking down stock pipe and Street Cannon attached.
I drilled holes in the cap that closes the pipe in each of the street cannon and in the process the whole cap came out in both headers. Sound really improved but is not too loud. I like it!
If you look into the exhaust you see that the end of the tube is closed. Just put a long drill in it, start drilling and a perfect penny size cap comes out, it seems to be designed to allow for easy extraction!
Pic doesn't get any better than this but look down the rabbit hole

Thanks I'll do... the only question now is if the European version due to the emission rules is different from yours...unfortunately I have no choice 'cause all the mufflers in the market are not compliant ....

BlackSP is in the Netherlands, so same muffler than you would get on Italian market. :-) Get that drill out.
