You have to cut the opening bigger to fit the fat bob headlight. I just ordered ordered one and will post some pictures of the process once it arrives.

Wow, new member, long time biker, new convert to Harley and a Fat Bob 114 owner, pictured here with my CBX 1000 Z. I like this screen, it's the best Fat Bob aftermarket I've seen yet. I live in the UK, anyone know where I can get hold of one?
Dougz Spartan Mini fairing fitted - highly recommended!
Well the Dougz Spartan Mini in black denim paint arrived, all components and fittings were of the highest quality. Took me 15 minutes to fit, on the road I can now cruise at 85-90 with all the wind pressure diverted away from chest and torso. Am taking this bike to Austria in June, and this fairing will be just perfect. First service, plus custom dynamics indicator conversion & heated grips due in 90 miles, then will fit V&H slip ons, may go for a high flow filter before the trip. Highly recommended!
Hi Alan, this screen looks great. I tried the HD 15" screen on my 2018 Fat Bob and it was terrible. It kept the wind off my chest and was a huge relief on my arms and torso but the wind hit me right on the forehead and it buffeted my helmet so bad up around 100km/h that it blurred my vision. So I returned it.
What is this screen like for wind on your head/helmet? Does it vibrate your head like that?
And if not, what height are you? Just so I can compare to myself. I am 5'9". So hard to buy a good screen as you cannot try any of them before buying.
cheers
Gregor

Hi Gregor
I am 6' 3" so I tend to get windblast anyway. I have to say the Spartan Mini is great as it keeps the wind off my chest and torso, but more importantly there is no buffeting of the crash helmet. I am fitting handguards shortly too, so together with the heated grips, I'll be set for touring. I'll post a pic here once fitted.
Cheers
Alan
thanks for replying. That's interesting. Like I said the HD screen was 15" but even for me the buffeting of my helmet was unbearable.
It's a real shame you cannot try these different screens before buying!
So it's an easy fit over the existing headlight cover?
I may have to go and order one. I see there is a wait for it.
thanks
