Hi Alan,
thinking more about this Spartan Mini. Was wondering, seeing as you are so tall at 6'3", maybe the wind hits you lower down which is why you don't get any helmet buffeting? So for me at 5'9", it could hit me right in the face like the HD windshield and then I have the same problem. So hard without trying. I might try contact the company and see if they have any reviews/reports from other riders around my height.
thanks
Gregor

I'm also a bit worried about the buffeting. I'm 5'8" so I tend to get buffeting with any windshield or fairing that I've ever used. I'm actually on the list for the Dougz Spartan Mini Fairing. They ship out June 24th but I am super hesitant about it as I cannot stand the sensation of buffeting. Its the absolute worst.

That will be great to know how it works out for you then as we are similar in height. They do have a return policy, so I assume if you fit and try it and it doesn't work, you can return it? Do you know if that's ok?
Please keep me posted how it works out for you.
I also put the side mount plate on mine, and a custom rear light/brake light I ordered. Looks way better than the rear tire hugger thing. And S&S pipes. S&S end cans Side plate and rear LED brake/light mounted under the fender
I bought the windshield, and cut the shield to fit the light, but Im trying to find the mounting kit on the video but Im not having any luck. Any ideas?
I have been searching all over the internet, and the forums for this particular chin spoiler and the windshield mounting hardware. I have the windshield on order from ebay, but I don't think there was ever a reply from anyone on the chin spoiler. The ones available from ebay I don't like the styling of, and the others that are available are too expensive (I am not paying 300$ for a chin spoiler made of fiberglass that i still have to paint). I checked this guys youtube site, but I don't see any videos about the fairing or chin spoiler. Does anyone have any further info?
I am going to try the windshield, but if i don't like it, i think i am going to resort to making my own from polycarbonate (vacuum form), and tint it myself. I may have to go that route on the chin spoiler too if i can't find a link to it.
