Default 2007 heritage issues

Ok guy,I'm new to Harley bikes. And I am full of questions. First off I got a couple issues with my bike. I have a chatter or rattling coming from the primary area,I believe. How much noise is normal? Second, I've got bassani road rage 2 to 1 exhaust, short performance baffle, screaming eagle back plate and kn air filter, dynojet tune on dyno running 74 hp 96 fpt. My gas mileage sux about 140 miles on a tank. And if cruising and snap the throttle my valves rattle for a split second. With the primary noise and the valve noise the further I ride the worse both noises are. Suggestions? Need retune? More mods? Any info will be helpful

30598 mileage 4500 since 25000 mile service I took it to local hd shop they couldn't tell if was timing chain or primary chain. The further I ride the louder it seems. That was on a Saturday. They told me at that time to bring in on Tuesday well it sat in the shop till Thursday ,they rode it .9 miles. Said it fixed it's self. Must have been trash in tensioner. Cost me a 137 dollars and was rattling before I got home which was a 45 mile ride. And I always run 93 octane and lucus fuel additive. I have full extended warranty on the bike. I bought it right at a year ago.

First off I would take it to another dealer . My wife has a 2008 Heritage ,and at about 30,000 we had to replace the compensator which may be your primary noise ? Good Luck ..

Just did something similar on 07 fxst which has same primary as you. 34000 miles replaced comp sprocket. discovered mainshaft bearing on trannys 6th gear was shot. seems to be a common issue so i also rebuilt tranny at same time. also the stock chain tensioner seems to have a fault of continually getting tighter over time and causes issues so i replaced it with a Hayden tensioner. bike shifts smoothly now , easy to get into neutral , no more grinding when starting. starts right up .used se comp sprocket. couldn't afford baker. also baker has tapered bearing set up for 6th gear that would eliminate problem but i couldn't afford that fix so went will so called upgraded bearing from dealer. should last at least the same. hope this helps.
