Default Night Train Wheel

I was hoping one of you cold tell me if the rear wheel on the Night Train was painted or powder coated. I can't seem to find the answer anywhere.

thanks, grimm

Well, I'll tell you whut....
I have been told both answers by different HD folks... The way it sticks and doesn't like paint stripper, I would lean towards power paint coated. I had a friend that decided he would remove his paint and polish the wheel. Many, many hours later he finally got the paint off.
