I have a 2006 FXST Softail Standard (Carb. Model) and was wondering if the fuel low lamp came on when low or is that just on the fuel injected models.

 

it is on both but the injected models have no reserve

 

Thanks. Thats what I thought but when riding a few days ago the needle was on Empty but no light was on yet. When I filled up I put 4.4 gallons in and the manual shows to have a 0.5 reserve. I guess I should of rode a little longer and the light would of came on. Thanks again.
