Instrument panel

I saw this bike show, but could not locate the owner. Does anyone like the instrument panel? Also, anyone recognize the bars? I like the setup...

Not a deuce, Lowrider/superglide I do believe. For sure not a deuce tank, can't see much else from the angle of the pic

Sorry for the confusion harliecharlie. It said 01 Deuce. My eyes must be going south. Unfortunately, that's the only picture I have. Hopefully I'll see it again. Thanks for your input.
