Swingarm conversion help
yeah the bike itself is well put together and all using quality parts, they definitely went all out when they built it. Just riding the fat tire is not something i'm into. Trying to turn at low speeds kinda sucks.
Address the front controls and you may find the handling is easier as first and foremost you need to be comfortable. Quite honestly it wasn't the rear tire of the Rocker C that got to me it was my back and arms hurting due to the riding postion. The only way I was comfortable was with a Bikersfriend bag as a backrest. Sadly it detracted from the looks of the Rocker C so I traded it.
Having built many fat tire bikes...I would be willing to bet your low speed handing issue is the rake...not the rear tire.
That bike appears to have just an offset primary...which means you need a new inner primary...and the trans has to come apart to remove the extended main gear/shaft.
Problem is...bikes like that are only worth pennies on the dollar of what they originally sold for in today's crappy used bike market...and you are looking at spending a LOT of money to basically make the bike worth less money.
Change the forward controls and ride it.
If you are hard headed and want to proceed...post pics of the primary, and rear wheel ....and I will give you a complete list of what you need to do it.

Although I am curious as to what I would need to covert this.

It is a "snowball" effect
Just a wild guess from those 2 pics
Rear swingarm and axle and spacers
Rear sprocket(pully) or have that one machined
Rear wheel and tire
Rear fender
New seat and or gas tanks
That bike probably has an 1 1/2" offset on the primary which require tearing down the primary and trans to remove...and buying stock replacement parts...can't tell for sure from those pics.
Probably several "gotcha's" that you won't know about till you start putting it together.
Paint
I wouldn't put a penny in a bike with a reconstructed title.
