2018 softail pegs different?

hey i would like to get some new wider pegs. Im looking at the joker machine ones but will the standard harley pegs fit the new softtails? 2018 fatbob

The pegs have changed on the 18's. They are wider at the mounting point and some have a spring/ball bearing and clip. Some just a spring.

Old design pegs will not fit 2018 Softails correctly. I know it because I tried them. I actually like the new design because it renders the pegs up or down with a positive click. My bet is that Harley, as well as aftermarket suppliers, will be coming out with pegs in the new design configuration. Just be careful when removing 2018 pegs or the tiny ball that is involved will roll across the garage floor and disappear. I finally found mine with the help of a magnet!
