It's just a fairly average Diavel copy.
I thought they might have taken a fat bob and really souped it up, mid controls, ripping torque etc.
Im sure it'll do ok but not my thing.

Exactly what I thought. The Fat Bob seemed like the obvious choice for the "sport/performance" treatment. Why HD went with making Frankenstein's Breakout is beyond me.
So, they made a 2019 version of a Pro-Street Breakout... and then slapped some ugly on the *** end
And they seem sure that their target market wants only denim paint
And engines spray painted flat black. Whoever brainwashed the kewl kids into this trend deserves a raise. Must save Harley a fortune in chrome plating.
As to the bike, I kinda like the front end. I like that it doesn't have the stupid side plate too. Unfortunately, it suffers from the same deformation as modern Asian bikes. It's got bee *** syndrome.
I'd have been a lot more interested in a Sport Glide with the 114, the taller shock, and the twin disks.
I guess I'm with Chonk in the odd boat because I don't think it looks all that bad. Not what I would run out and buy as a younger rider but I bet someone will. They may have not quite hit the bull's eye with this one either but there are quite a few more "new" models to come so maybe they will get it perfect by the time the 100th comes out and everyone will be satisfied..... Maybe.
I don't mind the look of it. Not something I would go out and buy but, i can appreciate them trying new things. Having said that, looking over their line up, I think the last HD i'll ever own is in my garage already.
I think some of you are being to critical. It's not for me or everyone but they have a pseudo drag market in mind. I'm sure they know how many they'll sell. But come on. It does looks bad-*ss in a Harley kind of way
