Talking Engine Rebuild

Question for all you knuckle busters out there, my side chick has 37K miles. Now my question is, when should I be looking to rebuild her? she runs like a champ and serviced often! She is not burning any oil or drippin' anything, but I just want to be ready just in case. Thoughts, words to live by, or even a beer!

Never ever fix something that is not broken!

To take its health rating do a leak dwn .
If it passes that move on to watercolors or something.
Put dwn the tools and drink a good ALE. not cheap beer

Just leave here alone and drive, if not broken it does not need a fix.

Got 130,000 miles on the current motor in my Evo Softail. No plans to rebuild it any time soon. runs great, holds its oil, has good compression, why would I?

Just keep servicing your girl and come back in another 100 thousand miles and we can discuss.

In my case, I had my engine built at 50 thousand miles....not that it needed it but I needed it....more power.
