Hi and thanks for letting me join this forum
I am 5,5 tall and need any surgestions on heritage softail which I currently ride it is a 2010 and the name is black pearl I seem to be reaching all the time so how high can you go with the handle bars before altering everything and can you get a seat what slides you forward a bit
For the bars, do it right and don't let cable length determine height...need to go for riding comfort, no matter how tall/long you end up going. Sit on bike, close eyes, reach out and hold hands where you feel most comfortable. Have someone measure up from riser & there's your height...then time to go shopping.
For the seat, I know you're overseas, but contact Mean City Cycle for a seat mod. I'm sure they ship & can custom fit your a$$ to seat cheaper than buying and trying new.

I'm also vertically challanged and when I bought my Cherry I had the dealer install a H-D Reach Seat before I ever left the showroom because I could hardly reach either the handlebar controls or the foot pedels. And, of course with the stock seat, reaching the ground was only on tippy toes...not a very good situation. To help, I pulled the handlebars back and then added pull back risers which moved the bars up about an inch back about 1 1/2 inches. No cable changes were needed for the installation of the short ROX Pivoting Adjustable risers. All this, including lowering the bike so I can reach the ground, made it possible for me to sit upright in the saddle and comfortably reach the controls with a slight bend of the elbows. I also had MCC mod my seat, but that was more for comfort then anything else. You can check with them, but I'm not sure they can mod your seat to move you forward as much as you need.
H-D offers a Reach Seat for your Bike: Super Reach Solo Seat Part Number 54380-11. You might want to consider this option along with some pullback risers.
I justed tried the lower seat from HD last week dropped me down one inch lower got one on order. You can look into getting it lowered i can drop mine 1.5 inch with there kit the cost is 1200 at my dealer.
