I had my bike in the garage and it was on a tender and my wife pulled the plug out,i did not notice until a few months later.
The battery was 10 years still ran and started great,I put a new battery in and that's when the problems started, all the accessories worked but still did not kick over.I noticed the one fuse kept on blowing out,it was the battery fuse,is it possible the starter can be stuck because I did not ride it for 3 months and maybe tap on it with a rubber hammer like on a car.Any help be great.

make sure your terminal connections are clean. A bad connection might let the lights work but not sufficient to crank the starter. make sure your wiring isn't pinched somewhere or has rodent damage. Check the contacts on the ignition switch. There is an old joke-'if you can't fix it with a hammer, you got an electrical problem.' but in this case I would refrain from banging on anything. Some bikes won't allow the starter to engage if the bike is not in neutral.
