SE Extreme Flow AC
I have a 2018 FXFBS and am considering getting the AC mentioned above. I've read through the posts in the M8 section referring to the myth of high flow AC but I haven't heard anything mentioned regarding the SE extreme flow. HD claims it allows for 11% more airflow over the ventilator. Is anyone running this AC setup, if so, what are your thoughts?

The Extreme Flow may flow 11% more than the Ventilator. But that doesn't mean that the engine needs or can use the extra air. If you already have the Ventilator I would just leave it unless you don't like the looks. Like Steve Cole pointed out on the M8 forum. No air cleaner will gain more than a couple of hp and lb ft of torque on an otherwise stock engine. He also cautioned about believing some of the claims out there. More or less called them BS. I would believe him as he has independently tested just about everything on the dyno. For me, it isn't worth the cost for a couple of hp at higher rpm compared to the stock Ventilator.
