Battery/ Starting?
Considering the weather havent ridden in a long enough period for the battery to go dead. After using a trickle charger via the easy connector mounted to the terminals the battery is fully charged by the reading on the charger. Have recently taken the battery to get checked & it is fine. However when I went to turn it over the motor sounded like it was struggling to turn over as in very slowly a few times before just clicking a few times without it starting. Then smoke came off the positive terminal... Whats going on?

The terminal is loose or corroded inside the cable to clamp terminal. Being this way will give high resistance and charger will also read higher voltage than battery really is and not fully charge. Only use low amp maintenance charger or these batteries. With a DC meter, after cutting on and off so lights draw off surface charge, check voltage at the terminal and on lead. Should be 12.7 or so DC. Cranking, above 9.7
