I'm 5'9" and I went with the 14" carlini gangster apes in 1.25. I wasn't a fan of the extra width of the 1.5" bars. They are something like 42" wide. The 1.5" 14's are also a littler taller than normal 14" bars. I also liked the fact that the bars match the diameter of the frame. Love my bars. Imo 1.5" bars don't match anything on the bike. Since this picture was taken I installed a La Pera bare bones seat which sits me even lower. I'd say my hands are a little higher than my shoulders.
Gangster 14x1.5. I think the 1.5 look better cause they stand out and dont look so skinny when you have a wide front end. Everyone gonna have an opinion about bars so get what you like. Im actually selling this complete set up and going with 2 bars.

Nice bike buddy!!! so you say those bar on your bike are 1.25 and not 1.5????
Thanks man. Yeah they are 1.25". I felt the 1.5's put your arms to far apart. They are pretty wide. The 1.25's are quite a bit narrower. I think they are around 36" or 38" wide.
