I have a 2000 Heritage that is 1 inch lower front and back. I'm wanting to put some better shocks and front suspension on her. Any information would be greatly appreciated!

Progressive 422's for the rear with or without RAP(Remote adjustable preload) Fork spring kit or Monotubes for the front, I can recommend the monotubes, made my 16 Deluxe ride and handle much better, I have the 422's with RAP on the rear, My bike is lowered 1 inch front and rear, If cost is not a big thing check out Shotgun shocks for the rear. Ride safe. progressivesuspension.com
i found Progressive not good enough for th older softails, especially th rear....i have had Fournales i scored s/hand on th rear for 10 odd years now & they have never bottomed out...been great really....they take a bit of fiddling to get th right pressures & probably th hardest part was finding an original Fournales pump needed to handle th high pressures needed in th shocks...plus fart arsein around under th bike to get to th valves is a pain...but i havent had to touch them for yonks now.....jus ride
cheers
ps...iv had progressive springs in th front for about th same time but iv never been fussed on them either .....i aim to replace them to single rate jobs when i get in th mood
Or just put stock fork springs and Rr/shocks
Probl get get all on ebay for under $150
I ran my 00 lowered for a couple years. .Even had Prog
422s for awhile. Rode like a bucket of ____.
I got sick of it & put it back to stock.
I have also put my 03 back to stock.
It's about as good as this model can ride. I have never ridden one with
air-ride, so I can't speak for that. Get out your checkbook for that ($$$$$$$$$)
