Got her back tonight and had my first short ride in a bit over 6 weeks and I gotta say it felt great to be back in the wind!

Yes they sure are tough! Now it's time to make up for the lost time in the saddle. With average temps in the 30's and 40's during the day, I'm just gonna have to bundle up a bit. Thank you to everyone for all of the well wishes.

That's no joke! Fortunately my insurance fronted me the cash to get it repaired and his insurance paid mine back the cost.

I agree. The dip s@#t needs to not be on the road anymore at all. I'm very fortunate it didn't end up worse and will take the injuries I do have over what could have been any day. My back hasn't been the same since but will hopefully get better with time and treatment.

I hope the time and treatment work. In the meantime...I hope there is a hell of a lawsuit. Everyone badmouths lawyers until you need one.
