I noticed the adaptive Daymaker headlights are only compatible with the Touring bikes according to Harley's catalog. Has anyone tried one on a newer Softail? Any other cornering lights available for Softails that anyone wants to share?

You can buy both 7” and 5 3/4” JW Speaker (the company that makes the HD daymakers) adaptive headlights for less then the HD rebranded versions. Depending on which model you have the install should be about 10 minutes for standard headlight bucket models.
I had an adaptive on my 2016 Low Rider S, and it was neat, but I probably wouldn’t spend the money to upgrade the stock daymaker.
The J. W. Speaker Adaptive headlight does not fit '18 Heritage.
I attemped to have them install one at Biketoberfest and the J. W Speaker Rep could not believe that the headlight did not mount in housing on my Cherry.
Moco has changed the headlight bucket design on the Heritage (and I presume other '18 and up softails) I'm guessing to make sure the only lamp that can be installed is a H-D branded one specifically made for these late model softails.

Wow, sorry for my misinformation, and for your.. Cherry
So...Harley now has Adaptive Headlights for the 2018+ Softails. Model# 67700426A for about $850. (Harley P&A Link)
But, they still have the older version Model# 67700426 for about $595. (Harley P&A Link)
Does anyone know that the specific differences between these two parts? $250 is a big difference. If it is just a wiring harness change, I can do that pretty cheap.
I did check J.W. Speaker's website. Their Harley fitment chart only goes up to model year 2017
