Hi All!
On my heritage softail, running out of room on the battery for power accessories, so I want to install a second fuse box, power distribution box, but there is no room left under the seat, has anyone installed a box and or what locations for additional power?
thanks
bob
All my jank, including the recording unit for my Innov K2 camera, the controller for the LED strips and the additional wiring for my trailer harness.... all of it has to go in my saddlebags. I too ran out of room. Short of putting a battery half the size under the seat, there just isn't any damn room.
Was looking at a buddy's Road King, and except for the likely heat problem, he has a nice gap right behind the motor that you could build a custom compartment and probably put in. But I, too, have a Heritage and yah, just no room. In fact, I blogged about that exact thing using that problem as a title. https://twowheelsonebike.wordpress.c...ing-your-bike/
