Default Fuel Issue

Folks,
I have a encountered a problem with my 2018 Fat Bob where it has become difficult to top up my tank. Even after filling a couple of litres the fuel brims up to the top. Then I have to keep shaking the bike for the fuel to go in. Then the same process once more. In the meantime I can hear the rumblings and mutterings of the people behind me in the queue. I am filling the tank with the bike on the jiffy stand. A lot of air bubbles keep popping out when I rock the bike back and forth. It has become an irritating problem. Has anyone faced a similar situation and is there a DIY solution. Will be grateful for any help.
Thanks

Never heard of that happening anywhere. Maybe the gas is bad?

Shine a light in the fill, see anything floating around in there?

The way the tank is designed it shouldn't do that. There's nothing to trap air. Stupid question, does it do that at the same gas station or all stations?

Thanks. I know it is a strange problem. Let me check with other gas stations.

Does the fill nozzle cover the bung completely preventing displaced air from escaping?

The fuel nozzle is inserted into the central slot with the bike on the jiffy stand.

I understand that, but some nozzles have a large hockey puck on the end to stop overflow and this could prevent the air from escaping.
Are there perimeter holes around the main fill hole?
