Default softail slim apes

i have a softail slim 2014 with ABS and i i'm wondering if the Todd's 10 inch handlebar will fit my stock cables without having to change any cables at all

Almost certainly. I've changed 12" bars twice with existing cables.

I changed the stock handlebars on both a 2012 Fatboy Lo and a 2017 Fatboy S to 12" Wild Ones. The Fatboy S has ABS. I put 3.5 inch risers on the '17 and THEN I had to have longer cables.
