My 1994 Heritage has a bug. The turn signals work normally in accessories, but when I switch it to run the left side works normal, but the right side flashes very slowly then sometimes stops. Any help would be appreciated.

I am unfamiliar with that specific problem, however....
If the signals work normally in ACC but not in RUN on the main ignition switch, the only difference/change is the power going through a different leg of the switch.... My first suspect would be the ignition switch....
I'd first check to see if the ignition switch wires are all clean and tightly connected. If they all checked out good, I would disassemble, inspect, and then completely clean/lube the switch. If that doesn't work, or if I found some obvious worn out/broken contacts, I'd buy a new switch....

I didn't think about the ignition switch. I changed the ignition switch about 5 years ago because of contact problems, I'll check that out. Thank you for the info!
