Default Phone Charger Placement - Breakout

I recently purchased this USB charger:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01DYE54LI/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01DYE54LI/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

It's currently dangling from under the seat and hanging out inside the saddle bag. Anyone have any ideas or recommendations on how and where I can attach it? Don't really like how currently looks just dangling there.

I was thinking about doing that. Seemed like the easiest thing to do however even though it has a cap to prevent water damage, I still wouldn't trust it 100% if it rains.

That's a thought. I may look into doing something like that.
