2002 HD Deuce cool start issue. Cranks over fine, but won't start unless I flip off/run switch a couple times. Replaced switch and start and system relays, same problem. Runs fine when it does start. Only thing I noticed was weak spark to rear plug when attempting to start. Starts fine after engine is warm...
