I've got the the V&H BSS and FuelPak (Ver. 12 which shows in Mode 20), Arlen Ness Big Sucker for A/C.

I ran for months without the quiet baffles and learned to deal with consistant decel popping. Then our forum buddy, 1of2 got the BSS pipes and the Quiet Baffles. He has little to no popping running with a PCIII.

I ordered and installed the quiet baffles, set Mode 23 to 17 and then triple-checked my throttle-position calebration (mode 21). My decel popping is almost completly gone. That little bit of back pressure provided by the baffles makes a big difference.

It will be many moons before I mod the engine any further, and maybe one day, I save for a ThunderMax w/autotune, or a DaytonaTwinTec w/autotune, maybe even a SERT w/autotune. But for now, and finally, I am pretty happy with the FuelPak.

I have the same set up as you are wanting, but without any baffles. I went with the Fuel Pak becasue I'm not getting into the engine and changing things. I love the way the pipes sound and I have not any problems with the pipes. I did change the value on 23 from 16 to 50 and got a lot of popping. I then changed it from 50 to 15 and a lot went away and I don't have hesitation. It still pops, but not as bad. I did contact V&H and they did get back to me. All they said is that running without baffels would cause some popping and that if I wanted to stop it, I would have to re-install my baffels. My problem is I like my bike loud and not sure if I want to do that. I would like to hear these pipes with the quiet baffels installed.

My HD dealer installed my V&h BBS,stage 1 and recommended installing the fuel pak last year. I have no issues. I did install quiet baffles for the sharp tinny noise at idle and am very happy with the sound ....doesn't reduce noise on accell much.I have been waiting for some issues so I could put on a PCIII but just keeps running great. Sounds like it's hit and miss out there. Good luck
