I am looking for an oil pressure gauge that will mount directly on the motor. I have an '06 Fatboy. Anyone install something like this? recomendations?
Damn thing leaked oil for about a week, took it off, redit it, continued etc etc, finally ripped it off after about a week. Couldn't be dealing with it. And I know I did it right as a friend helped me install it, and he did a good job; and he's a mechanic.
Now I just got the gage on the top with no connection...... guess it looks kinda stupid now.
Then again, maybe we messed something up screwing the connection to the oil sender thingy, it's a bit finickity. Maybe if a HD dealer does it it'll work fine. Good luck.
i got the HD rocker mount gauge, w/ russell steel breaded line. no leakes, looks great. got the line at JP cycles. the gauge does rub your inner knee at times. HD line is not acceptable.

I second the russell steel line. Its much better than the cheap plastic one that the harley gage comes with. Its also a little longer so you can route it so it looks nicer.
