Default Removed the Thunder Monster's

In lieu of my modified exhaust(too loud) ticket,I've replaced my Thunder Monster baffles with the stock V/H baffles.I didn't realize how much louder they were than the stockers.I never cared for the sound of the stock baffles, but I had never tried them with my modified motor, only the stock 88".I've got to admit they sound pretty good to me now.I would call it civil ,yet authoritive.Hopefulluy I won't attract any attention from the law now.

Did you drill a new hole for the TMs or did you use the same hole as the stock baffle? The reason I asked is because I just installed my TMs, and if they are too loud, I will be going back to stock baffles. My concern is having the extra 1/4" hole in the pipe that I drilled for the TMs.

Oh by the way, did you retune your bike after installing the TMs. I'm concerned about my A/F ratio being too lean after installing the TMs.

I used the stock hole to mount them,my bike has been tuned a couple times with the TM's in.I was concerned that it would run poorly when I put the stockers back in,but it seems to run just fine
