Well found this today not very deep but cant find what rubbing. I rode bike for about 45 min at food speed felt belt and not hot from getting rubbed on. Question should i replace now or.can i wait till winter and how hard is it to replace.
In my humble opinion, that belt has had it! I would not ride the bike until it is replaced. A factory service manual will help guide you through the process, here is a write-up and video showing what is entailed as well
You got a stone caught between the trans/primary case and the front pulley. Doesn't happen often, but I've seen it before. I wouldn't run that belt if it happened to me.

I agree on both points.....
While changing the belt is time consuming and kind of a pain.... it's easier to do it at the time of your choosing, rather than stranded along the side of the road, in the middle of nowhere....
