If anyone can help I recently got a custom Softail in a trade have no clue what motor is on it I can identify and without a doubt see that has S&S intake and S&S Super E carburetor but the motor is not an S&S motor the crankcase number is Bklx923445* it has BDL belt drive primary with a Harley 5-speed transmission I'm not sure if it's a Harley crate motor if it's a revtech motor or if it's a Ultima motor

More details, photos would be helpful .. What does your registration/title indicate your model, year, is?

Found out its an ultima frame with an ultima 80 inch evo motor thanks guys

 

Ultima uses s&s intake and carbs when you buy a whole motor and not a short block at least thats what the sales rep said when i called them today heard good and bad about ultima motors im gonna yank it off and replace it with a true s&s super sidewinder motor i have on the shelf that only has less than 1000 miles on it i got off a different custom softail any thoughts on a decent tranz to go with that motor i dont want to use the stock harley 5 speed and getting rid of belt primary
