The term "Riders Triangle" relates to the ergonomics aspect of riding and configuring your bike to provide you with the best comfort. This applies to choose seats, handlebars, etc.

Take a look here for more information https://www.barcrafthandlebars.com.a...ight-handlebar

The most commonly suggested way is sit on your bike and old your arms where you'd want and have a friend use a measuring tape and measure the height.

mock up the bars using wooden dowels taped together. Tape it at 14" and see how it feels, then try 12", 16" etc.

Hold a broom handle straight out so you can just see over the top or shoulder height,
have a friend measure up from the top of the headlight to the broom handle.
This is SOP to measure bar height. Higher or lower is personal preference.
I'm 6' and 14" work for me. If you're young go 2" taller.
