As I continue to work on my 13 Slim seat project I have learned that the Slims frame is narrower than other wide tire models like the Cross Bones According to a Harley parts guy I talked to. I can see by the width of my wheel spacers would allow for a wider wheel so now I'm wondering if the frame is the same except for the fender struts and swing arm?
Would the frame at the back of the battery box be the same width on a Slim and a Bones or are the two frames entirely different?
