Just wanted to see if anybody has lowered the front end of a 2013-2017 Breakout? I see many threads on lowering the rear
but none about the front. I lowered the rear of my bike 1" and I have the Progressive Suspension 10-1566 Kit to lower the front to match.
Before I totally tear the front end apart I just wanted to see if there was any (many) negative comments from people that have done
this modification. Thanks............
Was hoping somebody would let me know how they made out with this modification. Maybe nobody has lowered the front end of a Breakout.
Anyway, already have the forks off to powder coat the trees so I will go ahead and install the Progressive 10-1566 kit and lower the front 1" to
match the 1" drop in the back end from the LA Choppers kit I just installed.
Most people throw in new springs to stiffen the ride a bit as stock is exceptionally soft. Don't recall anyone lowering it; specifically as the bike stock has a tendency to tap the pegs.
