Since you're out of warranty, and only doing a stage I (air cleaner & exhaust), I'd skip using the dealer.
I'd spend the $400 on a PowerVision Tuner, with a tune MAP for your mods. Flash the tune, do a Basic Auto Tune session or two (mostly for fun, included with PV tuner, it's easy) and you'll have a great running bike and will never need another tuning device in your life.... whether you do nothing more, do more mods, or switch bikes... that PowerVision will be all you need.
If you get it from FuelMoto, they double the warranty (or used to) and will supply a good tune MAP for your bike...
