G'day all, now that i've lowered my '07 Night Train at both ends by a couple of inches the bike just sits off the vertical when on the side stand. Does anyone know if HD or an after market supplier has a lowered side stand for '07 Softails?
It's an insurance mod, I'd hate the NT to get bumped while on it's side stand only to fall over. And I have considered doing a cut and shut on theside stand but I'dlike to keep it original and as a spare just in case I ever jack the bike back up for whatever reason.
I lowered the front and back 2" on my bike and still have the stock stand. I have parked in a lot of different conditions and never had any worries of it tipping over.

Im about to use the kit on my train and my mechanic told me that he was going to cut and weld mine back together. He showed me on another train and it looked good. He slammed the hell out of that train to.
I've got a 2-inch drop front and rear on mine. I was going to replace the stand at first but I don't think I need to. It's more upright now but no chance of tipping...and it looks better.
