What electrical item is not direct from factory since new?
Have you installed some kind of LED head light?
Since bike is 2007 it uses CanBus communication and that could cause an error if something electrical was removed and changed to another aftermarket electrical product.

Front light is Custom Dynamics installed in 2013. Checked all the lights they work brake light fine. Stumped. Nobody has seen those codes? No changes to the bike in the last two years.

Consider disconnect of head light and then disconnect negative battery cable.
I will take a guess that you have run switch on OFF when power is removed and then re-applied with head light disconnected.
Perhaps you have the old bulb available for head light socket?

I thought Harley began using CanBus wiring in 2011. I could be wrong.

You are correct and i was wrong.
Just guessing at this point.
Almost reads like speedometer is trying to signal a problem.
Also looks like someone opened the speedometer.
Hopefully they get it resolved.

Took the bike to the dealer today they are not familiar with the code "No LHL". They called Harley Milwaukee and opened a ticket to determine what the code is. I have diagnostic appointment this Saturday at 3:30 to determine the issue. Will report back when I get more information.

Dealer contacted me today the code means the speedometer/Odometer is bad. Will have to replace. Thank you.

Unfortunate.
Hopefully a replacement unit can be located.
