Sissy Bar Rack question

I am upgrading the seat on my bike to a Mustang Wide Touring Original Rear Seat, which will require me to remove the original luggage rack on the rear fender. I want to still have a rack for my sissy bar bag, so I need a form of rack.

I have the "One Piece Detachable Sissy Bar Upright" Part number 53618-05 that I got when I bought the bike, and I am hoping that that I can attach one without having to buy an entire separate new setup.

I am looking at the "Sport Luggage Rack for HoldFast Sissy Bar Uprights - Chrome" part number 50300126 and wondering if that will bolt onto the upright I have. Does anyone have a way to confirm or deny that?

I bought these bicycle seat racks from Walmart.com. $20 apiece. Just need them for long rides to carry bags. Bolt on, take off, easy. They may sell them in chrome.
