I'll share my experience just having gone thru this

there's just not many "bolt-on" options available for the Deuce's 3 bolt plate under the seat.
There's only one that I've seen.
Here's a pic of that one someone was selling 10 years ago

https://www.hdforums.com/forum/softa...gage-rack.html

anything else (that I've been able to find) you'll have to drill thru fender struts (no external bolts on Deuce struts) and mount hang-on brackets for sissybar/rack config
and possible (probable?) turn signal mods/relocate

I went a different route (cause I love the stock lines and look of my Deuce) and don't want to jack that with external brackets bolted on
So used this as the base start

Amazon Amazon

you'll have to make mods to bracket (grinder and drill is all you need) and do some drilling on bracket and fender under seat for secure mounting.....but it's the base I used to build on.
If you go that route, I'll take pics show what mods for proper position and seat fit

my bag covers and sits on the McPherson small luggage bracket I fab'd and bolted to sissy
bar bracket
so it's no biggie to me that it's fugly..cause the bag stays on the bike secured to sissybar/back rest
and the bracket is only there to keep the bag just off the fender

just not a lot out there to direct fit bolt on without custom fabrication and mods
