What's best for one isn't for the other. The Spectro Heavy Duty Primary Chaincase Oil is slightly thinner than F+. I prefer to thin it down more with B&M TrickShift conventional for better hookup that you may or may not like.

Formula + in both primary and gearbox. It is a straight 50 weight gear oil with no detergents or EP additivies. From a engineering standpoint, you do not want detergent in a non filter box. No EP for a wet clutch.
Your gearbox has a inner input shaft running inside the output shaft. It has a double row of small needle bearings .
Do not fall for thicker is better or try to quitten the primary or transmission. It's the nature of the beast.
