Was at the stealer today and glanced at his 2008 product catalog and low and behold they had (and in stock) the new Led smoked Tail light to suit the Fatboy. The one I have has a chrome surround... Haven't put it on yet. What do you guys think of it?
Not bad, but unlike the little tiny LEDs they used for theNT's, Std's, and Custom version it looks like they used the same big truck sized LEDs that they used forthe Duce version.
Unfortunatly it still has that same ugly shapethat I was trying to get away from when I switched mine over to the the Tri-Bar.
Guess its only a matter of time before theycome out withaTombstone version too.
DeanO,
I think that thing isugly, and it's the same shape as stock. Sticks out too far IMHO. Check out the Kuryaken smoked laydown LED taillight. I have it on my 07 FB, it looks great, brighter than stock, no load equalizer needed (as far as I know), it wasn't very expensive and it was easy to install -- plug and play.

I had that one on my bike prior to getting the Tri-bar. It does look good, but I don't agree that it's brighter than stock. Everyone I rode with complained they couldn't see it during the daylight hours.
