I have a 2000 Fatboy FLSTF, and am looking to add forward controls instead of floorboards. Trying to get my legs farther out...almost sitting a perfect 90 degree bend in my legs with the floorboards. Anyone have any suggestions?
Looking to keep it as clean and simple as possible. Everything I am finding is pretty complicated or detailed. Really dig the look of the ones below. If anyone has any ideas/has done something similar to this set up, please let me know! I appreciate any suggestions or advice. Thank you.
i just went down this road on my 98 fatboy .. i got 2 inch stretched fowards off a buddys dad for free..
i had to convert my master the floor board one to a fxstc.which mounts on the frame and rear brake line to a fx also
cost me like 140 for everything, oem parts off ebay
if i was going to buy a set id get the ones with the built in master, your still going to prob need a longer brake line though
theres a thread in the evo section with pics and all but this is how it turned out
Yes this is exactly what I was talking about! Love the look of these. I have the same pegs for the passenger as well. Do you have the link for your EVO thread? Couldn't find it. Do you also happen to have links to the ones you bought there in the pictures?
