Making some changes on the Bones and D&D fatcat is on the list. After spending hours reading through the many threads about this exhaust I didn't come up with any comments about the rear exhaust pipe. After looking at pic sand videos I noticed that the rear exhaust pipe could be an issue because it comes out of the rear cylinder head outward for many inches before bending down and forward towards the nose cone. Is there excessive heat on the right leg and does the pipe interfere with getting your feet planted once stopped? FWIW I have the 1925 seat adjusted all the way forward to the tank, I'm just about flat footed with no bend in the knees.
I ended up getting Bassani Road Rage. D&D is to far out on delivery. I wasn't too sure if the Bassani was going to look good on the bike. The header and collector heat shields are not on yet, Bassani chomes everything out.
Front 02 sensor galled coming out so I have not fired it up yet, going to try to find a 18mm die and see if I can save it. I hope it sounds as good as it looks.
I've got nothing constructive to add, but just wanted to say... DAMN I LOVE CROSSBONES! One of my favorite models ever, and yours is a looker. I hope to own one some day.
The Bassani Road Rage should increase your low end torque quite a bit and look awesome. I was about to get it and at the last minute, didn't. Are you running a tuner currently?

I wasn't sure when I ordered the Bassani RR, now that it's on the bike I like it a lot. Monday I'm getting Woods 222 cams and woods lifters. I have a Power Vision ready to go with a map from Fuel Moto. I don't plan to do any more motor work otherwise I might have gone with the Woods 555. I want the torque to come on early and this combo should do it. I'll post my seat of the pants dyno next week.
Currently the bike had been dyno tuned with a SE race tuner for stage one by previous owner, says the Digital Technician. The tuner wasn't with the bike when the PO traded it in to the dealership I purchased the bike from.

You have a PV, you're good for anything you ever do lol. I have one too! Some day I'll use it on my SG too.
